PROPERTY ACCESS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please allow our technician to move about your property freely without impinging on the required social distance of 1.5 metres. If at all possible, please vacate the property or stay outside during the cleaning process.
You may meet our technicians on site to arrange access, or pre-arrange a safe location for keys to be left in your absence.
If you have a driveway, please leave a spot clear for us if possible so that we may run hoses and equipment into your premises as efficiently as possible.
Please advise us if you are in a multi story building or somewhere our hoses may not reach. We can make arrangements to have portable equipment available.
Please ensure that any furry friends will not be able to access the cleaning areas throughout the process.
AREA PREPARATION AND SURFACE CONTACT POINTS
To reduce points of surface contact, please take note of the following:
Our technicians will work around all items of furniture. If you would like any items moved, please arrange to have this done prior to our arrival. If you are aged or infirm, please let us know and we can discuss how we may be able to assist.
Please prepare the area by removing larger debris such as rubbish, hair clips etc.
For areas with a significant dry soiling, please vacuum the area prior to our arrival.
Although all payments methods are still available, the preferred method of payment is bank transfer as it is completely contactless, secure and fee free.
Payment must either be received by us, or confirmation provided by you, prior to work commencing.

Card Payments – Remote
Please provide us with your card number, expiry date and CVV and we can charge your card remotely. This is also contactless, but generates a 2.4% card fee.
Card Payments – In person
You can still make payments in person, however, social distancing rules must be observed and the card reader will be placed down for you to approach and use.
Please place cash payments in a clip-seal bag so we may treat it before handling.
Please have the correct amount – we appreciate your understanding that no change will be issued.
Now more than ever, we understand that things happen and unexpected cancellations may be necessary.
Cancellations or postponements will not incur any fee or penalty, so please keep us updated if any changes need to be made.
To ensure a streamline service to all customers, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.
If the following applies to any member of your household/workplace (or to any recent visitor) please let us know if you/they have:
- Travelled internationally within the past 14 days
- Are in voluntary or mandatory isolation
- Have been feeling unwell
- Have a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19
